  • Remember there is increased risk and additional time needed when shaving, de-matting, de-shedding, or when grooming difficult* dogs. Please allow extra time and expect extra charges.
  • We have programs to help difficult dogs better cope with grooming. Please email the owner by "clicking here" if you have a difficult dog in need of “Table Manners".
  • If you are not pleased with your groom please let us know. We WANT to make it right!
  • You may email the owner by "clicking here" if you have any comments regarding your groom.
  • Please think of our Groomers as Hair Dressers for your dog. They work hard and are in danger of being bitten, cut, peed on, and pooped on. They do their best to give you the look you want on a client that may not ever stop moving, jerking or trying to bite. Please be respectful, and if you like the groom - let them know with a tip. Gosh, they deserve it.

* examples of difficult dogs are dogs that bite or try to bite, elderly or crippled dogs that can't stand, a dog that cannot remain still and constantly moves, jerks or pulls.
